The Strategy
The Pinnacle Residential Fund seeks to provide our investors with exposure to UK residential investment through a granular portfolio of private rented sector flats and houses across the country. The strategy aims to deliver stable income returns and capital growth underpinned by key macro and demographic trends.
Pinnacle Group and Pinnacle Investments became the Manager and Investment Advisor to the Fund on 24th September 2019.
